Role Description
- The CFO is a full time remote role responsible for overseeing Axe AI’s financial strategy, operations, and reporting.
- Will lead budgeting and forecasting, manage financial planning processes, and provide data driven insights.
- Will own financial statements and reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Day to day includes monitoring cash flow, optimizing capital structure, supporting fundraising, and partnering with cross functional leaders.
- Will establish and refine internal controls, financial systems, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Financial Planning skills.
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Advanced Analytical Skills.
- Proficiency with modern financial tools and systems.
- Demonstrated experience as CFO or VP Finance in technology or SaaS companies.
- Proven ability to support fundraising, investor relations, and capital allocation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
