The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for The Justice Law Office.
The role is responsible for supporting the firm's financial health and long-term sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial statement reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Support leadership decisions on investments, pricing, resource allocation, financial risks, and opportunities.
- Establish and refine financial controls, mentor finance team members, and manage external financial relationships.
Workplace and schedule
- This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The role combines on-site presence with work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and financial planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in financial statement preparation, analysis, interpretation, and executive financial reporting.
- Extensive senior financial leadership experience, ideally in professional services, legal, or corporate environments.
- Advanced accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and internal controls knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, collaboration, integrity, and judgment skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time hybrid role.
