Responsibilities
- Lead an international finance team within a shared-services setup.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for global sites.
- Manage and optimize capital structure, debt, and equity financing for company growth.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities across regions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader.
- Automotive or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience restructuring finance departments and improving global financial processes.
- Knowledge of international accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance.
- Strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
