The organization is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer.
The role leads financial strategy, planning, governance, and overall financial management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's financial strategy, planning, and overall financial management.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk management, and performance analysis.
- Ensure strong financial governance and operational efficiency.
- Provide senior-level financial insights for business strategy, investment decisions, growth initiatives, and long-term value creation.
- Work with leadership and key stakeholders to establish financial priorities.
- Strengthen internal controls and optimize capital allocation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial standards and regulations.
- Translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, and financial controls.
- Excellent understanding of financial analysis, cash flow management, risk assessment, and capital allocation.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies and governance frameworks.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
