Position Overview
Financial and Regulatory Reporting delivers timely and accurate financial and regulatory reporting and analysis under internal policies and external regulatory, statutory, and control frameworks.
The role supports the Head of Finance, KSA, with full-service Finance support for Corporate Banking and Wealth Management in KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main registered finance contact point with SAMA.
- Handle regulatory communications and submissions, most of which are in Arabic.
- Manage external and internal audits and resolve resulting issues efficiently.
- Manage regulatory and taxation returns, including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
- Validate and control month-end revenue and cost bookings with front-office and operational teams.
- Facilitate month-end balance-sheet substantiation as the secondary Finance owner.
- Coordinate with business management and infrastructure functions on internal controls.
- Assist with New Product Approval cross-functional risk-assessment checklists.
- Provide onshore KSA coverage for other core Finance roles as directed.
Skills and Experience
- Solid banking and markets Finance experience is required.
