- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan for sustainable growth and profitability
- Lead and oversee all business operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing sales performance, project acquisition, and business development
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and profitability
- Monitor major contracting projects and trading operations for timely delivery and quality
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, suppliers, investors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, contractual obligations, corporate governance, and risk management
- Lead organizational development including talent management and leadership development
- Review and approve major investments, contracts, procurement decisions, and capital expenditure proposals
- Promote a high performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and operational excellence
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Board/Ownership
