We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next phase of growth for a multi national organization serving high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth (UHNW) clients to be based at Dubai, UAE.
The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's long term strategic vision, driving sustainable business growth, strengthening its market presence across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, and positioning the company as a trusted leader within its industry.
This role requires a visionary leader who can successfully balance commercial expansion with operational excellence while fostering a high performance, client centric culture.

15+ years in Private Banking/Wealth Management/Investment/RCBI.
Advanced negotiation, P&L management, public speaking, and strategic crisis management.
Deep understanding of Investment regulations.
English is mandatory.
Ready to relocate to Dubai, UAE
