Role Description
Provide overall strategic leadership for The Techie 9 and align its mission and content vision with sustainable growth.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and operations teams to grow audience reach and develop new products or services.

- Guide business planning and partnerships.

- Represent the organization to external stakeholders and manage key relationships.

Qualifications
- Strong financial and budgeting skills, including finance and business planning.
- Proficiency in operations management covering workflows, processes, and resource allocation.
- Experience in strategic planning to define vision, set goals, and drive long-term growth.
- Sales and business development capabilities to build partnerships and expand revenue streams.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a technology, media, or education-focused organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate across remote and in-person teams in a hybrid setting.
- Relevant academic background in business, finance, management, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial experience is highly beneficial.
