Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with industry trends in training and consulting
- Build and enhance strategic partnerships with governmental and private sectors, identifying investment opportunities to expand market share
- Oversee the design and development of leadership programs, training materials, and consulting projects to ensure the highest quality standards
- Lead and empower the team, fostering a motivating work environment focused on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure the achievement of growth metrics for consulting and training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields preferred)
- Leadership experience of at least 3 years in a senior management position, preferably in training, consulting, or leadership development sectors
- Deep understanding of local and regional training and consulting markets, along with modern trends in knowledge solutions and digital transformation
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building skills with senior stakeholders or large corporations
- Proven ability to translate ideas and insights into successful and sustainable business models
