- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long term business objectives
- Provide executive leadership across all business units, ensuring operational alignment and organizational excellence
- Lead construction and real estate development projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery
- Drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational performance
- Establish and strengthen corporate governance, compliance, and risk management practices
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, investors, government entities, and business partners
- Lead organizational transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Present strategic, financial, and operational reports to the Board of Directors
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience
- At least 5 years as CEO, General Manager, or equivalent executive role within construction or real estate development
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, financial management, corporate governance, and project delivery
- Exceptional leadership, decision making, communication, and negotiation skills
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- PMP certification is an advantage
