Built for the modern consumer at the intersection of wellness, lifestyle, and culture, this venture is being developed by OuiCollab alongside leading strategic partners across consumer brands, distribution, and GCC market expansion, together with a leading regional talent and founder partner.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a CEO to build, launch, and scale OuiCollab's latest venture from the ground up.
This is not a traditional corporate leadership role.
This is a builder role.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial operator who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across product, operations, distribution, commercial growth, and brand building.
You will lead the company through its foundational stage and play a defining role in shaping the business, culture, team, and long-term growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the business end-to-end from inception through regional expansion
- Define the company vision, growth strategy, and operational roadmap
- Lead product development, innovation, and formulation oversight
- Manage manufacturing partners, sourcing, and supply chain operations
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy across UAE and GCC markets
- Build strong retail, horeca, e-commerce, and distribution partnerships
- Build a culturally relevant and aspirational consumer brand
- Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and marketing direction
- Work closely with creators, influencers, and community ecosystems to accelerate awareness and engagement
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term brand loyalty
- Hire, build, and lead a high-performing founding team
- Foster an ownership-driven and entrepreneurial culture
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance
- Drive strong unit economics and sustainable long-term growth
- Partner with founders and stakeholders on long-term strategic planning
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of experience in FMCG, beverages, or high-growth consumer brands
- Proven experience scaling businesses or leading high-growth operations
- Strong operator mindset with the ability to execute in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of the UAE/GCC consumer and retail landscape
- Strong instinct for consumer behavior, brand positioning, and culture-led growth
- Experience across commercial, supply chain, and brand functions preferred
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, resourceful, and highly execution-oriented
- Ability to operate effectively in a zero-to-one build environment
- BA/BSc or equivalent
