Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and business objectives
- Oversee daily operations across Soft Services, Hard Services, MEP, Construction, and Manpower Supply divisions
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth
- Ensure operational excellence, profitability, and compliance with local regulations
- Lead and mentor senior management teams
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and organizational KPIs
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 10 years of senior management or executive level experience in Soft Services, Hard Services, MEP Operations, Construction Projects, or Manpower Supply Services
- Proven track record in business growth and operational management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in the GCC, preferably Qatar, is an advantage
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred

Overview
