Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for YAM International as Chief Executive Officer.
Oversee operations and financial performance while driving sustainable growth in the printing industry.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate the company vision and lead strategic planning.
- Oversee company operations and financial performance.
- Drive growth across the regions where the company operates.
- Optimize business processes and manage key partnerships with senior leaders.
- Support sales initiatives involving major clients and suppliers.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations.
- Promote accountability, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and business planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Proven operations management experience focused on process optimization and organizational efficiency.
- Demonstrated strategic planning capability and ability to translate goals into executable plans.
- Successful sales leadership, business development, and key client relationship experience.
- Extensive executive-level experience, preferably as a CEO or senior leader in manufacturing, printing, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, manage risk, and guide organizational change.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- An advanced degree such as an MBA is an advantage.
