Position Summary
The Chief Executive Officer will lead Peeyesyem H K Investment and report directly to the Board and Chairman.
The role provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership aligned with the group's vision, values, and long-term objectives.
The CEO will direct business growth, scale operations, optimize a multi-industry portfolio, and drive profitability across regional markets.
The role represents the company to stakeholders, investors, partners, and regulatory bodies while developing an accountable corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Translate the Chairman's and Board's vision into actionable long-term strategic plans and business models.
- Direct and synchronize complex operations across group entities and unlock synergies, cross-selling opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee corporate finance, budgeting, capital allocation, financial analysis, and investment decisions.
- Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and governance structures across cross-functional operations and senior leadership teams.
- Lead investment opportunities, strategic joint ventures, high-value partnerships, and market expansion across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
- Cultivate relationships with investors, government bodies, regulators, and industry partners.
- Mitigate enterprise risks and champion ethical, sustainable, and compliant business practices.
- Mentor and guide the multicultural executive team and cultivate a high-performance culture.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
- Extensive executive leadership experience in diversified business groups or multinational corporations is required.
- Applicants must have managed and scaled an entire business group with P&L and strategic oversight across multiple entities.
- Applicants must have a demonstrated track record managing diverse industries within one group structure.
- Strong financial expertise, large-scale operations capability, strategic planning experience, and commercial expansion experience are required.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are required.
- An advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent senior leadership experience may be considered.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 20,000 to AED 50,000 per month.

- Work is performed in person.
