The Opportunity
The company is a successful consumer gaming platform with tens of millions of registered users, a creator community, and category-leading engagement.
The business is entering a phase focused on global expansion, deeper monetization, and a community-first entertainment experience.
What You’ll Own
- Own the full P&L and strategic direction of a business with a strong domestic footprint and a live global roadmap.
- Lead monetization, subscriptions, advertising, partnerships, and new revenue lines.
- Guide the product roadmap with the Chief Product Officer and oversee financial discipline and capital strategy with the CFO.
- Build community, creator, and publisher partnerships and lead international expansion across markets and user cohorts.
Who You Are
- Senior iGaming operator currently or recently serving as CEO, COO, Managing Director, or Deputy CEO of a B2C real-money gaming or fantasy sports business.
- Strong B2C experience growing paying users and building engaged communities, with fluency in VIP, retention, ARPU, LTV, and EBITDA.
- Global market mindset with experience across jurisdictions and multicultural teams.
- Hands-on builder who is board-fluent, investor-trusted, and comfortable representing the business to shareholders and global partners.
- Comfort working where product, technology, and community are central to the business model.
Location
- Location is negotiable across Europe, the UK, and the UAE.
- Hybrid arrangements are available for the right person.
