Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply performance.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support operational and business decisions.
- Assist with inventory planning, procurement, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, warehouse, and transportation teams.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
- Support demand planning and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate supply chain records and documentation.
- Identify potential supply risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in Mexico.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Entry level candidates welcome; internship or relevant analytical experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, procurement, or logistics processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- English communication skills preferred.
