Role Overview

The technical leader will own the company's engineering direction for the RADAX generator and its path to OEM validation.
The position is the single most senior engineering seat in the company and carries full technical ownership.
Company and Product
Recharga Chargine is developing the RADAX generator, a patent-pending modular hybrid axial-radial flux permanent-magnet direct-drive architecture for wind turbines.
The company plans to license its intellectual property to wind turbine OEMs worldwide, with later expansion into hydro generation and hybrid-vehicle alternators.
The product is at working-prototype design stage and is moving from simulation toward physical prototyping.
Commitment and Compensation
- The role is full-time and long-term, with an equity-first structure and co-inventor IP credit.
- Cash compensation is limited before funding and is expected to scale after a seed or pre-Series A round.
- The opportunity includes founding-level equity, technical autonomy, and named co-inventor status on core intellectual property.
