Role Overview
Chief Engineer (Civil) role supporting high-rise buildings, villas, corporate, commercial, and residential projects.
The role requires 12–15 years of experience.
Project and Site Responsibilities
- Plan projects and oversee day-to-day site execution activities.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and machine availability.
- Verify setting-out work, benchmarks, levels, and surveying reports.
- Ensure civil works follow drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate land survey, quality control, billing estimation, stores, MEP, safety, plant and machinery, tendering, and contracts.
Tendering and Contracts
- Prepare tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee quantity take-offs and estimation for new projects.
- Coordinate cost estimation and rate analysis with the tendering team.
- Provide technical inputs during vendor negotiations and contract finalization.
Reporting and Coordination
- Oversee documentation, MIS reports, and project reporting to management.
- Review and approve purchase orders, work orders, and engineering drawings.
