Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organisation's digital and technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead enterprise wide digital transformation initiatives across technology and operations
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, robotics and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Oversee implementation of new technology platforms and digital solutions
- Build, develop and lead a high performing technology function
- Partner closely with CEO, Executive Committee and Board to deliver strategic technology initiatives
- Ensure technology, cybersecurity and business continuity frameworks support long term growth
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the business
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years' leadership experience within technology
- Minimum 5 years operating at C level (CIO, CTO, Chief Digital Officer or equivalent)
- Proven track record of leading enterprise wide digital transformation programmes
- Experience implementing AI, automation and modern digital platforms
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to align technology strategy to business goals
- Experience within financial services, FinTech or other regulated environments preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline

Overview
- Our client, a well established financial services organisation headquartered in Jeddah, is seeking a Chief Digital Officer to lead its technology and digital transformation strategy as it embarks on an ambitious five year growth journey.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the company's technology roadmap, driving enterprise wide digital transformation, and supporting its evolution into a technology led financial services organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organisation's digital and technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead enterprise wide digital transformation initiatives across technology and operations.
- Drive the adoption of AI, automation, robotics and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
