Responsibilities
- Lead, optimize, and scale all revenue generating functions within a fast paced, high volume / high touch financial advisory environment
- Take full top to bottom P&L ownership, driving operational efficiency and bottom line profitability
- Establish, track, and exceed core business KPIs spanning Productivity, Sales, Retention, and Marketing
- Direct talent acquisition, team development, and retention strategies across a multi disciplinary remote team
- Present performance metrics, strategic roadmaps, and commercial updates directly to the Board of Directors
- Oversee and integrate modern social selling and modern social media strategies into the broader commercial strategy
Requirements
- 10+ years of success in a CCO, CRO, or Managing Director role with a strong track record of scaling revenue in high volume, high touch operational setups
- Demonstrated leadership experience within Financial Services, B2C, or Professional Services
- Essential experience managing remote, distributed teams
- Deeply current and savvy with social selling techniques, digital audience engagement, and modern social media strategy
- Hands on experience collaborating with and presenting to a Board of Directors
- Essential international work experience with agility and willingness to travel at short notice
- High emotional intelligence, sharp analytical mind, and an instinct for thriving in a fast paced environment

- We are seeking an exceptional, highly strategic Chief Commercial Officer / Chief Revenue Officer to take the helm of our commercial operations, control day to day business functions, and drive aggressive revenue expansion for a mature financial services firm.
- In this high impact executive role, you will hold total responsibility for revenue generation across a high volume, high touch client ecosystem.
- You will lead a distributed workforce, report directly to the Board, and deploy modern growth strategies to scale our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Acceleration: Lead, optimize, and scale all revenue generating functions within a fast paced, high volume / high touch financial advisory environment.
