Responsibilities
- Lead overall business strategy, growth, and commercial execution
- Define and drive go to market plans for the ZenX platform
- Oversee business development, sales, and partnerships
- Build and manage high performing commercial and strategy teams
- Set revenue targets, monitor performance metrics, and refine business models
- Collaborate with product, technology, and customer success teams to ensure market feedback informs product roadmaps
- Engage with enterprise clients and strategic partners
- Lead key negotiations and represent Zenlynx in external forums
- Ensure strong governance, financial discipline, and operational effectiveness across business functions
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex business, financial, and sustainability data
- Deep experience in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue modeling, and financial oversight for growth stage or technology driven organizations
- Proven track record in business development, including building pipelines, managing enterprise sales cycles, and establishing strategic partnerships
- Background in consulting or management consulting, preferably in sustainability, climate, technology, or enterprise solutions
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross functional teams, setting strategic direction, and driving accountability for results
- Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, climate risk, or related regulatory and reporting frameworks is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
