Oaktree Group is seeking a Chief Accountant to support its real estate and hospitality businesses in Saudi Arabia.

The role leads accounting across real estate, hospitality, residential, and technology operations and works directly with leadership.

Lead the accounting function across the growing group.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting and cash flow forecasting.
Manage audits, compliance, and cost controls.
Implement effective processes and systems to improve decisions.
Act as a finance partner to leadership and contribute to important business decisions.

Bring at least 8 years of accounting experience.
Have a proven track record in the KSA market.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial controls, Zakat, VAT, and regulatory compliance.
Have experience with group-level structures and multi-entity reporting.
Be detail-driven, solutions-focused, calm, and confident in owning the role.
