About The Role

Advance Medical is seeking a strategic and results-oriented

Chief Accountant

to lead and enhance our financial operations.

This position is ideal for a highly analytical professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for driving financial excellence.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance

Technical Expertise

  • Strong experience with ERP systems
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills

Leadership Skills

  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full accounting cycle and ensure timely and accurate financial closings
  • Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting leveraging CMA expertise
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
  • Support senior management with financial insights and strategic planning
