- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Prepare tax and zakat related reports and requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Lead and supervise the accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is required
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
- Familiarity with Saudi tax and zakat regulations
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred
