Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day accounting activities and general ledger transactions
- Manage monthly and year end closing processes
- Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations
- Review journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules
- Monitor inventory and cost related transactions
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities
- Work closely with other departments to improve processes and maintain internal controls
- Supervise and support the accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 7 years of experience, including experience in a senior accounting role
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or e commerce companies is preferred
- Strong hands on experience with Odoo ERP, particularly Accounting, Inventory, POS, and Purchasing modules
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Saudi tax regulations
- Experience in account reconciliations and month end closing
- Advanced Excel skills
- SOCPA membership is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken
