Role Overview
Lead factory accounting and financial control for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger and monthly closing.
- Oversee receivables, payables, and payroll coordination.
- Manage inventory accounting, project costing, and fixed assets.
- Manage cash flow, tax compliance where applicable, audits, and statutory reporting.
- Prepare management reporting.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or construction.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA, ACCA, or CMA qualification is preferred.
- ERP expertise and advanced Excel skills are required.
- Experience with project and inventory costing, audit and statutory reporting, AP/AR, payroll, and financial closing is required.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 10,000 to QAR 15,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
