Oversee daily accounting department operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare, reconcile, and analyze financial statements.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
Facilitate audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Hold a B.Com or M.Com with 5 to 6 years of experience, or Inter CA/ACCA with 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Have knowledge of MS Office and thorough knowledge of accounting processes, including payroll, auditing, BRS through finalization, and ERP software workflows.
Be fluent in both Hindi and English.
At least 3 years of accounting experience is listed as preferred.
Be able to reliably commute to Dubai or relocate before starting work.
