Main Purpose of Job
Perform all necessary chemical, microbiological, and physical analyses from raw materials through finished goods according to QMS specifications.
Key Outputs
- Perform chemical, microbiological, and physical analyses of incoming raw materials according to QMS specifications.
- Analyze raw water, plastic resin, colorant, and other materials listed as sensitive materials.
- Ensure implementation of the QMS plan.
- Assist the quality head with data requirements for product release procedures.
- Train operators and technicians to perform simple analyses and tests related to their work areas as needed.
- Handle reports and other paperwork.
- Prepare receiving inspection reports according to accurate specifications.
- Report abnormalities through quality deviation notifications and take immediate corrective action.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant major.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
