About the Role
We are seeking a Chemical Trading & Product Labelling Specialist to coordinate international supply chains, manage orders, and communicate with suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate has a business apprenticeship, strong English, and experience in SCM or chemical products.

- Coordinate and manage international supply chains (import/export)
- Communicate with suppliers and warehouse service providers, create purchase orders and production orders
- Support and maintain relationships with (international) customers and their portals, manage orders
- Create and review shipping and commercial documents (e.g., ADR transport documents)
- Process orders quickly and monitor and coordinate various deadlines
- Serve as liaison between Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Warehousing; help optimize internal processes
Requirements
- Completed business apprenticeship
- Very good command of English (Arabic an advantage)
- Experience in SCM, inside sales, or the chemical products industry is a plus
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar)
- Independent, structured work style and strong customer focus
- Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure

- You will be responsible for coordinating and managing international supply chains (import/export).
- Communicating with suppliers and warehouse service providers, as well as creating purchase orders and production orders, will be part of your daily responsibilities.
- You enjoy supporting and maintaining relationships with (international) customers and their portals, as well as managing orders.
- You create and review shipping and commercial documents (e.g., ADR transport documents, etc.).
- You process orders quickly and also monitor and coordinate various deadlines.
- Internally, you’ll serve as the liaison between Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Warehousing, and you’ll also help optimize internal processes and workflows.
