Role Overview

Technical Responsibilities

• Become an expert on NCS cleaning solutions and their performance in professional car wash equipment.
• Assess the interaction of water, chemicals, and equipment across the full wash process.
• Measure and adjust chemical delivery systems and troubleshoot wash components.
• Respond to wash-quality complaints and provide technical recommendations.
• Explain observations and actions to car wash owners and managers.
• Prepare reports documenting site work and recommendations.

Sales Responsibilities

• Prospect for and win new chemical accounts by developing sales pipelines and identifying likely prospects.
• Create value propositions and support customer chemical transitions with required technical assistance.
• Report weekly progress on the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record with specified violation and accident limits.
• No impaired-driving convictions within the past five years and no pending charges.
• Strong communication skills and basic Excel proficiency.
• Ability to travel several times each month and work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, walk, and perform repetitive hand motions.

Work Environment

• The role involves field work at car wash facilities and travel several times during the month.
• The position may require working outdoors and in all weather conditions.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is $50,000–$52,000 CAD.
