Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and improve formulations for silicone sealants, construction adhesives, and related products
- Manage daily factory operations, including production planning and batch manufacturing
- Ensure consistent product quality through quality control and process monitoring
- Troubleshoot formulation and production issues to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards
- Coordinate with procurement for raw material selection, supplier evaluation, and inventory management
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs
- Maintain production records, technical documentation, and quality reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing of silicone sealants, construction adhesives, polyurethane, acrylic, or MS polymer products
- Hands on experience in product formulation and production management
- Strong knowledge of quality control systems and manufacturing processes
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English
