- Develop and optimize formulations for cutting and grinding abrasive products
- Oversee and improve manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency
- Monitor raw materials, production parameters, and quality control procedures
- Conduct research and development to enhance product performance and reduce production costs
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with international quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including production, quality assurance, procurement, and R&D
- Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing of cutting and grinding abrasives, bonded abrasives, or related industrial products
- Strong knowledge of abrasive materials, resins, bonding systems, and manufacturing processes
- Experience in process optimization, quality control, and industrial production
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to relocate to China

Job Description
- Chemical Engineer – Cutting & Grinding Abrasives Manufacturing (China)
- A leading German manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chemical Engineer to join its production team at its manufacturing facility in China.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in the formulation, production, quality improvement, and process optimization of cutting and grinding abrasive products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize formulations for cutting and grinding abrasive products.
- Oversee and improve manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency.
- Monitor raw materials, production parameters, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct research and development to enhance product performance and reduce production costs.
