A Day in the Life
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes for guests.
- Contribute to a culture centred on safety and hygiene.
- Maintain consistent standards for high-quality and well-presented dishes.
- Perform regular manual handling and lifting, including moving stock, kegs, and deliveries.
About You
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Necessary trade cooking qualifications.
- Understanding of the importance of passion, precision, and productivity in guest service.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
