Hands on planning, supervising, and managing the food production and menu based catering onsite

Bring passion, creativity and innovation to seasonal menu development and costing

Responsible for stock control, budgets, weekly & monthly financial reporting, staff mentoring and training

Building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives

Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations across multi services

Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance)

Minimum Cert 4 Commercial Cookery qualification

Thorough understanding of allergens and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (mandatory)

Commitment to safety, compliance and high standards

Good understanding of the NSW healthy eating framework

Strong people management & Leadership skills & the ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service - this is also a client facing role
