Responsibilities include
- Manage the kitchen and team
- Preparation, serving, and control of cooked and uncooked food
- Training of staff and ensuring that staff follows HAACP Food Safety protocol
- Ordering, menu planning and compliance documentation
- Menu planning & costing and wage control.
- This role is Monday to Friday 6.30-2.00pm, salary offered is $86,970 package.
To be successful, you’ll need
Australian Citizenship or, Full Australian working rights
Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
A SafeCheck advanced food safety certification or HACCP certification
Knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, GFS, Outlook)
