Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Chef in Charge / Experienced Sous Chef.

The selected candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include menu planning, managing kitchen staff, supervising food preparation, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with the executive chef to introduce new dishes.

The candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellence across our varied culinary brands, ensuring efficiency and consistency in all kitchen activities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a strong, hands-on kitchen leader to join our fast-paced American-style sandwich and comfort food concept specializing in:

· American Style Sandwiches

· Pizza

· Pastas

This is a leadership role for someone who can manage kitchen operations, lead a team, maintain consistency, and thrive in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

· Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Leader

· Strong knowledge of American comfort food and sandwich concepts

· Must know how to prepare and manage pizza production

· Experience with sauces, pasta preparation, and hot line cooking

· Ability to manage kitchen staff, prep, ordering, and food quality

· Computer skills required:

o Inventory systems

o Recipe costing

o Scheduling

o Basic Excel / reporting

· Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen organization

· Able to work under pressure and maintain standards
