Position Summary

  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes or menu.
  • Cook food and prepare menu items of superior quality in a timely manner.
  • Test food to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
  • Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
