Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for Riedel's consumer and OEM ST 2110 video products
- Lead new product development of WAN and live production solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop product strategies, define roadmaps, and create compelling offerings
- Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for agile development and NPI
- Champion product positioning internally and externally, supporting sales and marketing
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including pricing, performance tracking, and end of life planning
- Support Video sales and represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead customers to align product direction and gather feedback
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Product Management in a software/hardware manufacturing business with international customer base
- Experience with agile development, NPI, and product lifecycle management
- Proven success with cross functional collaboration and customer engagement
- Deep knowledge of ST 2110 infrastructure and live video production workflows
- Knowledge of WAN and remote production workflows
- Familiarity with Stage Gate processes and pricing strategy development
- Understanding of video/audio technologies and broadcast industry standards
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Customer oriented mindset with strong internal collaboration skills

- As a Product Manager, you will report to the Head of Video Product Management.
- You will lead the strategy and roadmap for Riedel's consumer and OEM ST 2110 video products.
- This full time position is based at the Laval office with hybrid work opportunities and occasional travel.
