Requirements
- Proven experience as CDP – Pizza or strong Demi CDP ready for promotion.
- Excellent knowledge of pizza dough, sauces, and baking techniques.
- Experience with wood fired, gas, or deck ovens is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a high volume kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Culinary qualification is a plus.
