Position Summary

Culinary Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals, substitute items, cold foods, and other assigned food items.
• Regulate ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters and thaw frozen food in the refrigerator.
• Ensure proper portioning, arrangement, garnish, quality, and presentation of food.
• Maintain food logs and monitor prepared food quality and quantity.
• Communicate assistance needs, excess food, menu specials, and out-of-stock items to the appropriate teams.

Team and Guest Service

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
• Anticipate guest service needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.
• Support team goals and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least three years of related work experience is preferred.
• A technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• The role requires extended standing, walking, reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• The role requires moving and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Safety and Standards

• Follow company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
• Complete safety training, maintain a clean professional appearance, and protect confidential information and company assets.
