- Prepare fresh Asian specialties and diverse dishes
- Handle daily mise en place and present dishes attractively for à la carte service
- Work on various kitchen stations and support the team during service
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations with the team
- Handle food properly and maintain quality and hygiene standards
- Perform cleaning tasks and adhere to HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a chef (EFZ) or equivalent culinary training
- Experience in kitchen, ideally in Asian cuisine preparation
- Resilient and flexible personality
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style
- Good German and/or English skills (minimum B2)
