Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Chef de Partie**, **currently based in the UAE**, for a full-time, on-site position at our British sports bar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, assisting in the development of new recipes, and managing daily kitchen operations.
Additionally, this role involves ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and supervising junior kitchen staff.
Requirements
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in International and European cuisine.**
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Creativity and passion for culinary innovation.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
