- Ensure timely preparation and service while maintaining exceptional culinary standards
Requirements
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong expertise in Arabic cuisines/Mediterranean
- Experience working in private households, luxury hospitality, or fine dining establishments is preferred
- Ability to prepare authentic, healthy, and well presented meals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Arabic/Mediterranean cuisine to join a private household of a High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high quality Arabic dishes/ Mediterranean for lunch and dinner service.
- Plan menus and ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ingredient sourcing.
- Ensure timely preparation and service while maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
Requirements
