Overview
Seeking an organized and skilled Chef de Partie to manage daily station operations.
The role requires accurate recipe execution, food-safety compliance, and the ability to lead a small team.
Location and Employment
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi.
- Employment type is full-time.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all recipes accurately and consistently.
- Maintain organization across the assigned station.
- Ensure compliance with food-safety rules, HACCP, and Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements.
- Lead and supervise Commis and junior staff.
- Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain storage, labeling, and ingredient rotation.
- Support mise en place and smooth service operations.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef during peak hours.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or senior Commis.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Full knowledge of food-safety standards and municipality regulations.
