Role Overview
Aqua Dining is hiring Chef de Partie staff for multiple kitchen sections at a new opening in Milsons Point.
The role owns an assigned section, including mise en place, service execution, plate consistency, and the standard of commis chefs working under it.
The position is described as section leadership rather than station filling.

What We Are Looking For
- Chef de Partie experience, or Demi Chef experience with readiness to step up.
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Command of one or more sections in a quality-driven, high-volume kitchen.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, allergen management, and stock control.
- Composure during busy service with a full restaurant.
