Role Overview
Chef de Partie – Bakery position supporting a growing bakery production team in Dubai.
The operation handles high-volume daily production for quick-commerce and delivery orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cakes, fresh cream cakes, desserts, and bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, portioning, and finishing.
- Manage the assigned section and coordinate daily production with the Head Chef.
- Support Commis Chefs with preparation and production.
- Complete quick-commerce and delivery orders on time.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and temperature-control procedures.
- Monitor ingredients, reduce wastage, and report stock requirements.
- Maintain the bakery kitchen and workstation.
- Check finished products before dispatch against quality standards.
- Support inventory control and daily production planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of bakery or cake production experience.
- Strong experience in cream cakes, fresh cream cakes, and cake decoration or finishing.
- Good knowledge of bakery hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet strict delivery timelines.
- UAE bakery experience is an advantage.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
