Role Overview
Join a team in Qatar as a Chef.
Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
The role requires creativity, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare menus in line with company standards and customer preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistency.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage cost control.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with management to design seasonal and special menus.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in hotels, restaurants, or catering services.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Strong knowledge of international and Middle Eastern cuisines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Qatar hospitality standards and Ministry of Labour requirements.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
