Role Overview
Cozymeal is seeking a culinary instructor based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
Instructors create hands-on cooking experiences and build a culinary brand rooted in local food traditions.
Schedule
- Instructors manage their own calendars and accept bookings that fit their schedules.
- The opportunity can range from approximately 5 hours per week to 40 hours per week.
Role Activities
- Teach hands-on cooking classes in Mecca.
- Design personal menus and offer local dishes such as kabsa, dates with laban, mutabbaq, and ma'amoul.
- Host experiences at an available home, restaurant, or commercial kitchen venue.
- Offer a comprehensive repertoire and a variety of cuisines.
- Share local ingredients, culinary traditions, and time-honored recipes.
Platform Support
- Cozymeal provides marketing, guest communications, profile creation support, and earnings support.
- Instructors can reach new customers and create their own menus.
