CHB Operations Associate

Operational accuracy & compliance focus: we are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, committed to accuracy, and proactive in ensuring all customs processes and documentation meet regulatory and company standards

6–12 months of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or a related operational role (2+ years preferred in CHB or similar environments)

Solid understanding of import processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience; Customs Broker License is an advantage but not required

In this role, you will contribute directly to enhancing customer experience, ensuring compliance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the adoption of standardized processes and digital tools across customs brokerage operations.
