Blacklane is seeking a Chauffeur Quality and Training Manager to lead chauffeur training and quality standards in KSA. The role involves developing training programs, managing LMS, conducting audits, and ensuring luxury service quality.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Blacklane's chauffeur training academy and programs in KSA
- Design and expand theoretical and practical courses across all segments of chauffeur training
- Manage Learning Management Systems in both English and Arabic
- Work on the ground with chauffeurs to provide on the job training
- Use data to identify areas for improvement in chauffeur performance and quality
- Manage auditing process, quality assurance frameworks, and conduct spot checks
- Manage the quality of partners by analyzing data and setting clear expectations
- Deliver theoretical and practical sessions covering key competency areas
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in a business environment
- In depth understanding of luxury service elements

- As part of the KSA Operations team, you will support and motivate chauffeur partners to deliver a consistently safe, reliable, and elevated guest experience.
Your Challenge
- Develop and lead Blacklane's chauffeur training academy and programs in KSA.
- Design and expand theoretical and practical courses across all segments of chauffeur training, and manage our Learning Management Systems in both English and Arabic.
- Work closely with partners to understand customization requirements and train chauffeurs accordingly.
- Work on the ground with chauffeurs to provide on the job training.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement in chauffeur performance and quality.
- Manage our auditing process, quality assurance frameworks, and conduct spot checks.
- Manage the quality of our partners by analyzing data, setting clear expectations, and providing frameworks.
- Deliver theoretical and practical sessions covering key competency areas.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, sustainability, stability, respect, and tolerance.
- Share feedback and continuously improve the effectiveness of course materials.
About You
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in a business environment.
- A clear commitment to quality, professionalism, and delivering high quality services.
- An in depth understanding of luxury service elements and the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
- A strong interest in operational execution.
- Experience setting up and implementing quality and training programs within luxury industries.
- Skill in data analysis, including gathering, analyzing, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- The ability to motivate teams to improve each day and build a sense of pride in chauffeuring.
